Founder and CEO:

Michael Dolkowski, founder and CEO, brings over 35 years experience in the environmental, sustainability and energy conservation fields.  His specializations include life cycle assessment, greenhouse gas and carbon emissions auditing and offsets, waste water treatment, energy optimization and design, and Kyoto Protocol management.  Mr. Dolkowski holds an intellectual property patent on an input-output life cycle assessment for GHG/CO2 emissions and certification program. 

He is a presenter for environmental engineering at Wayne State and Oakland Universities and other organizations. In 2003, he received the environmental vendor of the year award from Detroit Edison. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in environmental engineering through Columbia Southern University.

In addition to CCES, Mr. Dolkowski is Managing Principle at three related firms specializing in environmental recycle and hazardous waste cleanup, property assessments, and Brownfield properties.

Dona Dolkowski, Vice President of Operations

Dona has over 25 years of project management and training experience, her expertise in working with clients in the Department Of Defense, Financial, Automotive, Utilities, Health Care industries national and internationally.   She brings to CCES a strong technical and program management foundation including an extensive Six Sigma training background.  Dona holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Southern Columbia University.

Harry Orrell, VP of Sales and Marketing

Harry Has over 15 years in the instructional design and training arena and over 16 years in Sales and Marketing.  He serves on the Board of Directors for Davenport University's School of Health Care Professionals, Advisory Board for Michigan Family Business Center, and member of Walsh College Bachelors of Business Administration Advisory Board.  Served as Director of MIKA Resources for 8 years, Business Development for Jawood Management Associates and assisted the company in acquisitions and opening new markets.  Most recently with Carbon Credit Environmental Services is working diligently in moving the company forward in a very challenging economy opening new markets and meeting customer expectations.  Harry holds a BA and MA degree from Michigan State University
